By accessing and using SellZons Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

SellZons Studio provides AI-powered product photography and virtual try-on services. Our platform allows users to upload product images and generate professional e-commerce visuals, lifestyle scenes, and on-model images using artificial intelligence technology.

We offer monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business) that include a set number of image credits per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. Credits do not roll over to the next month.

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

Due to the nature of our AI-based service and the immediate consumption of computational resources upon image generation, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is processed. No refunds will be issued for used or unused credits. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation: • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period • You will not be charged for the following month • Any remaining credits will expire at the end of the current billing period • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing periods To cancel your subscription, please contact us at founder@sellzonsstudio.com or use the account settings in your dashboard.

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading images, you represent that you have the right to use them and that they do not violate any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for: • The content you upload • Ensuring you have proper rights to use uploaded images • Complying with applicable laws and regulations • Not uploading inappropriate, illegal, or infringing content

The AI-generated images are yours to use for commercial purposes upon payment. SellZons Studio retains no rights to the generated outputs. However, we reserve all rights to our platform, technology, branding, and underlying AI models.

You may not use our Service to: • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Infringe upon intellectual property rights • Create deepfakes or misleading imagery of real individuals • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Reverse engineer our technology • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

SellZons Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
